    Pathetic childcare.... staff is really good in front of you but once you leave they all are different person. I have seen from my own eyes from fencing gap that they left my child on floor to cry. She was crying roaming around the staff but nobody went to pick her up or to cuddle her. They were having usual chat and lough with each other but my child cry did not bother them. When I discussed this with director she was giving excuses and was not ready to accept that there is any problem with her staff at all.
